Because Webexaminer takes privacy issues seriously and wants to protect your rights Webexaminer has established this privacy policy. The policy is to let you know how we collect, use, share and protect information that we may gather from all Webexaminer websites and domains.

Webexaminer's program uses online technology methods for the purpose of testing students, pupils and job market candidates (collectively, "Test-takers").

Webexaminer will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Webexaminer will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit permission. The information provided by you is protected and can't be found by an outside person. Webexaminer will use your personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services and to collect fees owed.

Webexaminer holds a small amount of personal information on test-takers - this information is limited to the test-takers name, email address and account login details (username and password), all test and exam records.

All test and exam records and personal information of test-takers are protected by Webexaminer. Webexaminer will not sell, rent or lease personal information of test-takers to others. Webexaminer will not share personal information of test-takers with third parties without your explicit permission.

The information of test-takers is protected and can't be found by an outside person. Webexaminer will use the test-takers personal information only as reasonably necessary to help personalize the test-takers online experience.

Webexaminer employees will access account and test-taker information as necessary to service your corporate account. All corporate account and test-taker information is held in the strictest of confidence. We will release it to authorized account users only.

Test-takers who are asked to take tests by Webexaminer corporate account holders are advised that while Webexaminer will protect your privacy in accordance with this policy, corporate customers who authorise a Webexaminer test will receive the test results and the test-taker's personally identifying information.

Webexaminer cannot protect that information once it is obtained by that company and makes no claims for the protection of your information under these circumstances. In this instance, you as the test-taker will need to check the authorising company's privacy policy to understand how they use and protect your information.

Corporate Account Customers authorises Webexaminer to use its name, business name, city or country information and comments in marketing documents or as testimonials on Webexaminer's web site.

Webexaminer use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.

Webexaminer uses "cookies" to help personalise the online experience of test- takers. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you. Webexaminer cookies do not contain personal information about the test-taker. We will not share or sell non-aggregated information contained within cookies to any third party. You also have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.

Webexaminer will only disclose personal information to a third party if required by law as evidenced by a valid Court Order of competent jurisdiction.

Webexaminer could share with its partners or third parties a non-personal anonymous aggregate of information about its users or web site visitors. The transmitted information is for statistics and will not reveal in any way your identity.
